Been holding onto this one for the longest time! ✨ A fun fact; I knew that the Whipper would be one of bigger challenges when working on Chapter 4, so it was one of the first things I made sure to get done first then build everything else around it XD Also sorry to say that no, it does not move; I would’ve loved to make that happen, but as far as things’ve come for this project, there’s just too many spinning and swinging parts for to pull that off effectively. ^^;

The map is done! It’s kind of a mess but this will have to do. One day, when I’m good with landscape design I will draw what the capitals of each kingdom looks like. But right now, enjoy this mess of a map!
The emojis were very handy when it came to making this because I was dreading having to design icons for the map. Thankfully the emojis had some things I was able to use.
I also made a map key for it. I was just planning on adding it here in the description of the post but then I remembered that the lighthouse is a png image and the military base icon is two emojis stacked over each other. So I had to make it a separate image.

so, the news about the update got me absolutely excited to play acnh again for the first time in……A While, and i had a go at sort of redesigning my island! it’s more a light shifting around to be honest XD the majority of these areas i already have, or had planned to have in some form but never managed to finish
the community center for example was originally going to be a school, but i’m still keeping the band/music room and the arts&crafts room
but the seaside hotel, campsite, museum, abel’s and nook’s cranny all are currently somewhere else, and especially with the shops i was never quite happy with how i placed them? and i Did mak a rock circle but then never…did anything else with it XD
cherry town is also staying in the same place with the same villager houses, but currently it’s on the first cliff, and the layout Looks very pretty but is a pain to navigate bc the pathways are so small and curvy
incredibly i’m actually not gonna hit the incline limit i think, which was previously always a problem, bc currently i have at max 8 planned, and for some of those i’ll use the ladder kit or vines anyway :D
