where you are pit against experience, maybe other ultimates of the same trade, maybe similarly gifted people from competing talent schools, where what you were is suddenly not enough or what you thought you wanted, suddenly, you are not a super high school level student, you are just an adult

hehe thank you! their relationship has been the most interesting and also so SO difficult to write, especially since that whole situation has to be navigated inside a small closed environment.... perhaps forever

yeahhh, I've read it and I personally do like it but I also can respect her dislike as someone who has beef with a book called A Fatal Crossing

Since it's a different team and writers making the game I don't know if they will use similar narrative twists that the original dr team use butttt

One very popular theory is that Hajime is going to die either during the killing of Monomi in prologue or during the first murder (we haven't had a protag die as a victim yet and since we know they don't have plot armor it could be a possibility) in the first chapter of every main dr game something always goes wrong with the murder plan so it could be even an accident. I would be very sad if he dies though, I just completed the second game again and I really appreciate his character arc It could be possible that Nagito or Chiaki takes his place then (although Chiaki knows too much so not sure if that is the best option) which could be interesting! But I'd still be sad

I really want to see Twogami live longer or until the end!

I would also love to see Mikan live until the end to see more about her relationship and dialogue with Junko

And for my gf's sake I hope Fuyuhiko and Peko still have their relationship going on

I can see Mahiru surviving....she has that Hina vibe to her, I'm not really happy about that, so I hope it's not the case

But uhhhh, actual (probably biased) predictions.... Survivors: Hiyoko, Peko, Twogami, Gundham, and the protag (whoever it is)

I think Fuyuhiko and Peko are going to switch places (Peko lives and Fuyuhiko dies) which could be quite juicy that they have to deal with never surviving or dying together. I'm thinking a lot about the last chapter with these. Twogami meeting Byakuya would be hilarious and Hiyoko having a reaction to her own grown up image is interesting. Gundham is there because I am biased and I love him and because there is in my opinion a lot of possibilities so I just took the one I want to see

Killers: Nekomaru, Sonia, Mahiru, Kazuichi, Teruteru

I try to approach this from the angle of who is capable of it mentally and would the killing technique or obstructing evidence be interesting based on their talents

Victims: Ibuki, either Nagito or Hajime, Chiaki, Mikan, Akane
