in the future, I live in a colourful, spacious home with my own little library. light seeps in and gently soaks the walls in warm yellow each day. I grow an abundance of fruit and vegetables in the garden, which I share with my community; people from all walks of life. my home looks out onto the city, where trees and sunsets meet twinkling apartments. my cats and dogs are happy and content on the sofa with my family, while my partner and I try out new recipes in the kitchen together. my hair is thick and healthy, my skin smooth and glowing, and my body becomes stronger each day. in my future, I am happy. I am nourished. I am home.
