What joy it would bring to see everyone in 3 Lock Mountain! I especially hope that chronic pain sufferers, the elderly and children will come to learn this very basic and necessary daily postural stretch and exercise. After working with a posture therapist myself through 3 disc bulges and sciatica that left me unable to walk more than 1/2 a block for over a year, I know that the training I received from him was essential to my journey toward recovery.
