Maybe it’s just my personal opinion/interpretation but Obsession is called ‘obsession’ because Bear was obsessed with Nikki, not the other way around. Nikki was never obsessed with Bear. Even after he makes the wish, her ‘obsession’ is his own obsession manifested and channeled through Nikki against her will.

My videography/edit for a commercial played before Obsession and Backrooms in theaters 😭 it was so crazy to see that I just sat there with my mouth hanging open before laughing 💀

Personally, I feel like going from a job where I was severely psychologically abused everyday while also being emotionally manipulated by a so-called “friend” in the KCD fandom who weaponized their mental illness against me, to becoming a traveling videographer and filmmaker/editor in Hollywood cultivating the most vibrant and healthy relationships/opportunities is a pretty epic turnaround.
