hey turns out the compliment at the beginning doesn't negate your stupid fucking tags. did you know you don't have to type every thought that pops into your head? and idk im probably reading into this too much and being overly-sensitive, but i am just so fucking tired of people commenting or tagging gifsets as if the gifmaker doesn't see every single one. why are gifsets treated so differently from every other type of fanwork? you don't read a fic and then leave a comment just to tell the author that you hate the show they wrote it for. you don't reblog fanart and put in the tags that you love the art but loathe the character. i assume that most of you are full, actual, real-life adults with some semblance of a filter. your tags aren't an echo chamber. i see every tag and every comment (don't comment) on my gifsets. don't fucking reblog them if you can't keep your inside thoughts to yourself.

Not to say I wish I could go back to that time. Absolutely not. I was still like a bunch of broken glass held together by loose string. But it did have its appeal, everything being so novel and... sharp, for lack of a better term.
