Inspired by this amazing artwork by @abrilas-art — please check it out and leave some love! 🫶 When Robby set off on his sabbatical, most people at the Pitt had already suspected that it was just a manifestation of his midlife crisis. But once he returned, they were completely sure about that. He casually walked through the halls, tuning out the snickering, ignoring the whispers, and acting as if everything was business as usual. And it was, after all. Except for the little gold ring in his ear, which he had gotten pierced in week 4 of his sabbatical on a “why not?” whim. Maybe some whiskey had been involved, too. His new look made quite an impression, especially on his young residents.

“Wow, Dr. Robby. If I’d known you were so determined to look like a ’90s boy band member, I would’ve pierced your ear myself with a hot needle,” Trinity Santos remarked appreciatively. Robby laughed deeply and then turned to young Whitaker in expectation of his verdict.

Whitaker’s cheeks were burning red. He couldn’t say a word, and the longer Robby looked at him, the hotter he got. "L—looks go—od, Dr. Robby," he finally managed to say. Meanwhile, a completely different film was playing in his head: He imagined pushing his attending onto a chair, sitting down on his lap, and sucking on his pierced earlobe with great pleasure. "Well, glad you like it," Robby eventually said and snapped him back to reality. And then he had the audacity to wink at him. Whitaker was useless for the rest of the day.

i fell into the pit(t) and found new sad characters to think about. i love how the fandom looked at Dennis, his anxious and sad looking face, the fact that he's a farm boy who majored in theology before switching to medicine and said: ''this boy has so much religious trauma and guilt plus masive family issues'' and then wrote whole fics about it

and then a week back, i found a really good fanfic (The car's in reverse by third_crow), that motivated my burned out brain and body to draw for fun again. According to krita it took me 8 hours to finish this and for the whole time i listened to one song and one song only (Noah Kahan - The View Between Villages which also inspired the fic in the first place!)
