This is an 100% safe space if you dont start drama, your totally okay to ask questions with a good heart. But keep that heart open and willing to hear all sides
Dionysus Manikos (manic one, mad one, frenzied one)
This blog is a safe space for everyone with unconventional relationships with deities. You're married to Thor? Cool, good for y'all. Dionysus is your dad? Awesome. You're a priest of Hekate? Epic. At the end of the day, who tf am I to judge the relationships that other people have with deities. Let's not throw stones from glass houses
Blessed is Loki, the mother of monsters
Blessed is Loki, father of outcasts
Blessed is Loki, the caring god who is home to those who don’t fit the norms of society
Loki, you are therefor those of us without homes, those of us who have been outcast for being queer, those of us who have known nothing but hate and discrimination.
Loki, may you continue to gather those of us that need you. May you continue to help us find who we are and not be afraid to speak out against the evil and unfairness in the world
Blessed be, followers and children of Loki

Oh, how I sing of Kypris! She born of the sea foam She who wields a spear Patroness of Kypros Of fertility, of sex Of war, of state Of sailing, of sea Of metallurgy, of wealth Protectress, guardian of Kypros How I praise you, well-crowned goddess And hope you may receive my prayer
inspired by reading about aphrodite's worship in cyprus, and by a figurine of her in a helmet, holding a spear. 🩷⚔️

The Gods : Simple ways to get closer to your Deity
Fun fact: Bonding with your Deities or spirit companions doesn't have to be elaborate, nor does it have to be expensive or difficult to access.
Here are some ways to bond with your Gods that I, personally, find very nice!
» ․ 💌 !! ˎˊ˗ Write them a letter
Now, 'letter' has a very loose definition here. This can be a literal letter on paper, something digital, a little note, writing in the dirt or any form of writing/printing on something.
Once you're done, do whatever you want with it! Burn it to send it to your God, keep it to give it to Them, place it on Their altar, put it somewhere safe, do whatever makes you feel best.
» ․ 🎵 !! ˎˊ˗ Play Them music
It doesn't have to be a devotional playlist and it doesn't have to be songs that remind you of Them. Just put on your liked songs or your favorite playlist and do something relaxing.
Tell Them about your day, draw with Them, sing along to the music, have a cup of tea, literally anything with the music playing in the background. Ask Them what They think about the music. Tell Them what you think about the music. Just anything.
» ․ 🌲 !! ˎˊ˗ Go outside
Take a walk in the park or sit by an open window and let the air run through your face. "Go for a walk outdoors. Reconnect with the feeling of the wind blowing through your hair. Listen to the birds that live in a tree in your yard. Watch the sunset. Take time to smell the flowers that bloom in the park during the summer." [- 'The modern guide to witchcraft' by Skye Alexander]
» ․ 🕯️ !! ˎˊ˗ Light a candle
Light a candle on your altar (or just any candle, for that matter) as a devotional act, or just for whatever you would like. Make sure you stay safe around fire, though, and keep an eye on that flame.
After lighting your candle, you can let it continue burning (while keeping an eye on it), you can make an offering or a prayer, you can talk to Them, you can just rest in Their presence, you can do anything you want really.
» ․ 🥰 !! ˎˊ˗ Make an emoji sequence for Them
Now, by 'emoji sequence', I do mean probably exactly what you're thinking. A collection of emojis that remind you of your Deity or spirit. Now, I'm not using the term 'emoji spell' because it isn't necessarily a spell (though categorically it can fall under 'spells' depending on how you intend to use it.)
Here's some examples! ~🎵🌻☀️🌻🎵~ Lord Apollon ~ ~🔵⚔️🦉⚔️🔵~ Lady Athena ~ ~💍👪👑👪💍~ Queen Hera ~ ~☁️⚡👑⚡☁️~ King Zeus ~
It can help you better connect with your Deity or spirit, and, honestly, it can be a great way to really understand just what you associate with your Deity or spirit.
» ․ 👗 !! ˎˊ˗ Wear clothes with things related to Them
Whether it's yellow for Apollon, owls for Athena or a dress for Aphrodite, wearing something that is or represents something you associate with Them can help you feel closer to Them.
It's basically the same concept as a prayer bead or devotional jewelry, but it's literally your clothes.
» ․ 📖 !! ˎˊ˗ Research
Research your Deity, things related to your Deity, things that remind you of your Deity or pretty much anything. Ways to worship, spells, how to offer.
This has helped me feel closer to my Goddess many times (which makes sense, considering She's literally the Goddess of wisdom, but it works even if They aren't an intelligence-related Deity).
I really hope this helps anyone who sees it! Khaire, may your path bloom with flowers and have a nice day!
"The gods, too, are fond of a joke."
— Plato, Cratylus
"I asked ChatGPT!!" Well, I asked Lord Dionysus and he told you to turn that shit off and to go join an orgy

people love to devour other folks for godspousing and then say "but i'm not here to fight anyone" lol.
It's okay for those who worship Greek deities to want to do it the exactly the same way that it was done back in the day, to want to dedicate their life and their education outside of school to learning about how it was done so they can do it as historically accurately as possible, and to view that as respectful.
It is okay for those who worship or work with Greek deities to want to do it in some reasonable different ways that reflect our modern understandings of things like respect, consent, permission, our understanding of the deities themselves, the sciences, energy, etc., and to acknowledge that even in their own time the deities changed and shifted in their domains with the times and the locations and cultures of their worshippers, so it's reasonable to say that some things could be done differently now, and to view that as respectful.
It is not okay for either side to insist that their way is the only way it should be done, or that the other side is inherently disrespectful for doing things differently.
Religion is not now, nor has it ever been, wholly static and unchanging, especially with syncretization. It's okay to have our differences in practice. It's okay to do things in a way we feel is respectful. It's not okay to demand everything be done our way specifically, outside of our own personal private practice with ourselves.
I don't care for myself out of fear for what a god may do to me if I don't, I care for myself because I can feel the gods love when I do.
I don't listen to a god that I fear, I listen to gods that love me.
Lady Artemis loves trans men btw.

Worshiping Ares is realizing it’s actually ok to hate people sometimes
Worshiping Ares is realizing it’s ok to really really really hate a lot of people
Worshiping Ares is realizing you are better than all those people you hate cause you aren’t a liar
The worship of Ares rejects the idea that you're responsible for forgiveness, Not your transgressor.
The worship of Ares understands that violence is a very important tool that we will always be able to have against those who hurt and rule us. Thank Lord Ares your oppressors and enemies will always be of tearable flesh and breakable bones.
The Worship of Ares is accepting the weight of brutality as a responsibility, grasping it's seriousness in one hand and the necessity of it when it comes in the other.
And fuck Charlie Kirk.
Thor's role as patron and protector of the working class goes underappreciated, even by me, and that's a real shame
It's not easy being working class, especially right now, but idk
It makes me feel better and even gives me a little pride in my work knowing we have someone like Thor
