Regarding this Tumblr
So Tumblr staff and support will not help me remove the authenticator from my account. I sent in a 2nd request after correspondence ended the 1st time, and they did not even bother to respond at all. All because I don’t have selfies on my account (and because I’d rather not have my face on a fanart tumblr or comic tumblr).
I asked them if there was any other way I could prove my identity but they did not give me any alternatives. I thought that perhaps linking a piece I created and then supplying them all of the original layer information with a timestamped signature could be a possibility, but they would not give me the time to explain or try that.
So. I’m screwed. Eventually if my phone app decides to update or log me out, I will permanently and completely be locked out. This tumblr will effectively die, along with my alt tumblr I made for my personal comics. I am debating if I even want to keep this account up at all at this point or even make another account given how this was treated by Tumblr staff.
In the meantime, I am still on other Platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Webtoons. Under the username @ArtswithLN with Webtoons just being under LN when you do a search.
