happy disability pride month!
not to get all personal on here, but as a mom to a child with a disability my heart is constantly breaking over how cruel the world can be to disabled children and adults.
disabled people deserve respect, kindness, and to exist in public without being stared at, judged, questioned, or treated like they're less than. They deserve accessibility, accommodations, and to be included, and listened to.
being disabled is not something that makes a person less worthy of dignity, opportunities, or joy.
that is all <3
