i feel like ska is like my favorite genre of music that i will never acknowledge is my favorite genre of music. when i lay it out logically it has all of the pieces and little bits of flavor that make me absolutely fall in love with a piece of songwriting. and there have been a notable few ska songs recommended to me that absolutely stay on that repeat-one rotation for days at a time like they just absolutely hit the spot. but then on the other hand it just feels so goofy compared to the stuff i usually listen to on the regular. but in a fun way. but also i like brooding and moping and ska is just not designed for that. but also i like it when music is upbeat. but i also like it when it's kinda sad. do you see where the problems lie.
