You were the one, you were the only one...

Hi all. I had a really bad episode yesterday after a fight with my sister. My doctor explained to me that my depression is the kind where I have really great highs and really bad lows at one point of my treatment so I tried to look for help by typing “I need help” on Google and a couple of websites with information came up but all of them led to having to speak to someone and having to pay before you reach someone and honestly, the state I was in, spending money was the last thing I wanted or could do. That does lead me to ask, tho. Does anyone know of an app that has one of those “operators” but is really more like an algorithm that keeps coming up with questions indefinitely and throws in a “you feel better?” ever so often so you keep answering questions and disclosing information but when you feel better you can end it? Is this app free? I will appreciate your assistance, this will be life-changing for me. Thank you!
