I’ve heard that Mango Chutney song on TikTok so many times that it actually drove me to research how it’s made. Looking at the mechanics, the fruit breakdown, the thickening, and the spices, my brain immediately went to pie filling.
I know it’s not a one to one swap, but the core construction is so similar. It got me thinking:
could you put a standard mango chutney into a pie crust, leave the savory and spicy profile exactly as is, and just sweeten the pastry dough to balance it out?

How to actually get AI regulation
If you want AI Regulation, Use Fear. not environmental fear cause the average person honestly doesn't give a shit about it. Not Economic fear because were already fucked so the average persons gonna think, AI cant possibly make this any worse. the kind of fear you need to implement is irrational fear, get people to irrationally fear AI or be irrationally outraged and you'll get AI regulation faster then you can say Epstein didn't kill himself. maybe Spread around the idea that the election when Biden won had AI election Machines??? maybe the real reason Companies want to incorporate AI into everything is because they're trying to replace God in the lives of the youth. I mean look how much they use chatgpt and such! Or maybe just maybe you can get people scared of AI by telling them it gives scammers the abilities to drain your bank account. that's why they want to put it on your phone so badly. you need to scare the average person to get them to regulate AI, i mean fear from the average person of stupid shit is how we got the ESRB rating system. What does common sense gun laws look like?
I know I am not the only liberal who supports gun rights, but nobody wants to talk about it. And we need to. Government overreach in places like NYC is out of control.
I am a Black man in New York and the law basically says I can have a five round pistol and a lever action like I am fighting in 1874. But if some out-of-state dude shows up mad about a “Muslim mayor” with a thirty round AR, I am supposed to rely on the same system that took days to respond during a crisis in my building. That is not protection.
And yes, I support common sense laws. But NYC and California are not common sense. Getting a gun here feels like you need to sacrifice a chicken, hand over your firstborn, pay three hundred sixty dollars, chant Rumpelstiltskin backwards under a blood moon, and pray you did not forget to dot an I or you have to start the ritual over. That is not safety. That is comedy.
We need real conversations as liberal gun owners about what responsible 2A access looks like. Not a free for all. Not a total ban. Just actual balance.
Because if we do not talk about it, nothing is ever going to change.
