I wouldn’t normally post this, but I wanted y’all to know what is going on. My Crohn’s is fine – which is a relief – but the American medical system sucks big time. 

To make sure my crohns wasn’t flaring, I had to have an MRI. I now owe 

And today I just got a bill from something that was supposed to be $75. This is what it actually ended up being. 

It’s ridiculous. I don’t have that much money. I make something like 20,000 a year, but because it’s above “poverty” I’m having trouble getting financial aid for it all. I’m trying a couple last ditch effort things, but I’m really strapped now.

I’ve got enough for day to day living, but not medical expenses this big. This is with insurance – the insurance covered over half, and this is what was left.
