Explore the profound impact of loss and how grief transforms our perception of love, time, and the essence of living authentically.
Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about grief and how quietly it changes a person over time.
Not just emotionally, but in the way you move through the world afterward. The things you tolerate. The things that suddenly feel heavy. The way certain places, people, and versions of your life no longer fit the same way they once did.
When my dad died, something in me changed permanently. And now with my daughter getting married and life shifting again, I think I’ve been standing in this strange space between grief, growth, safety, and moving forward.
The older I get, the more I realize sometimes the hardest part of becoming is admitting that what once held you may no longer be where you’re meant to stay.
