Khushi's desperation for comfort, for his love, for reassurance that after everything that he doesn't hate her, that he believes her, he's on her side but also her guilt for the pain she put him through unwittingly just for the truth to come out fully. Desperate for his touch to prove that he's here. He's here. Right in front of her. Finally. Within her reach. Safe. And his touch, his hand is right there on her face, warm, soothing. Her solace.
