Here's the thing; everyone thinks they know what it's like to have ADD. Everyone assumes it's something that it isn't. It can cause debilitating life issues - that contrary to popular belief - CAN NOT be fixed by waving a #magicwand. Everyday is a struggle to keep #selfconfidence afloat and keep from fucking everything up. Many days are spent wrestling #depression. I have ADD. On my best days at work I feel like I am on top of the world; the captain of my ship, and part of the team. Most days I feel like a helpful annoyance to my coworkers. On my worst days, I feel responsible for capsizing the ship. I know how #frustrating it is working with someone with ADD (or ADHD) but I can promise you - for every frustration you carry, the frustration, stress, and worry they carry every second of everyday are often #1000xworse If you know or love ❤️ someone who struggles with ADD like this post and share it.
