To the bisexual radfem women saying bisexuals have no privilege over lesbians in terms of sexual orientation, how do you explain the difference between us being that you are attracted to the sex we’re all supposed to be? You acting equally or even more oppressed than homosexuals, when it’s the same sex attraction and not the opposite sex attraction (privilege) that’s oppressed, is ridiculous. You sound like straight women who pretend they have no advantage in society over SSA people because their sexual orientation puts them in closer proximity to men. I’m sure they’ve got all the stats there ready to argue they’re not advantaged. Just like men argue they have no male privilege because 79% of homicide victims are men and men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women. It’s not lesbians and gay men out there bashing and raping bi women, just like it’s not women killing men or forcing them to commit suicide more often, just like straight women do have privilege even if they’re statistically more likely to experience domestic violence by being with men. What society hates in you, bisexual radfem women, is your same sex desire. But you also experience the “correct” desire to the opposite sex. We don’t. That’s the privilege for you. Stop playing the victim so you can get away with luring lesbians into threesomes with your boyfriend on Tinder, having “dyke conversion” kinks where you pretend to be a lesbian “looking to be converted,” or flat out denying your bisexuality and identifying as a lesbian like trans-identified males identify as females. We are not the same. While you don’t have it as easy as a straight person, you have absolutely no idea what it’s like to be a homosexual. The difference between us is your opposite sex attraction (privilege) and that creates a WORLD of difference between us.
