i enjoy hammock camping bc of the freedom to just put it up whereever and also i do sleep way better in it than on the ground but it's such a gamble each time time for me lol with the tent it's very predictable. you find a spot where the ground is flat enough, you set it up, it stands. it's probably that i'm just not good enough at it but with the hammock it's so much fumbling around until it hangs in a way that i can lay flat in it and then you have to maybe put up a tarp and get the sleeping pad to lay in it just right, maybe put up another line to get the hammock to be straight, maybe yet another line to hang stuff from...............not sure where i'm going with this but it is not like this minimalist, less hassle kind of thing people like to present it as

genuinely tho better financial eduaction for women everywhere now. all those stingy one liners about stocks being astronomy for men wont change the fact that women are at far greater risk for poverty in old age and that among other factors has to do with many many women not investing at all and just letting their money sit in the bank and get less and less with inflation, missing out on literally hundreds of thousands of €€ that they could have gotten with a few hours action

i thought people were using 'passive income' for just about anything as a meme but i've met more than one person irl now referring to their side hustle as passive income. how.........is it passive...if you are working for it........................
