Light just got his memories back and...yeah I think I'm just gonna stop here completely. I'll skip ahead to watch all of Mello's scenes (because that man is perfection good god he is), but I'm stopping for sure after that.

I say this not out dislike for the second season(i keep a general distance from most fandoms so i just learned ppl aren't fond of the second half. it never bothered me tho), but because the pain of knowing L is gonna die next episode is genuinely too much for me. When I was a kid, I had a big ass crush on L and I was devastated when he died. I suppose, overtime, my memory of the pain faded, and I'm only remembering now because I feel it again but worse! because I'm more sensitive than I was back then 😔
