Season 6 episode 10 (images) of mash MARGARET WAS RIGHT! that nurse did not belong at the 4077! being a good nurse doesn't matter if you can't do the job! If you're running out mid surgery it's not a matter of needing more time or needing to get used to it or whatever like people's lives are at risk and it puts a huge strain on the rest of the staff

Like this is not the place to gain confidence and find yourself its war!

#mash #I get the point they're trying to make I just think they made the nurses behavior too egregious to be sympathetic #they could have at least mentioned a nursing shortage or something to make it make sense #Margaret isn't even that cruel or rude to her she's just stern

BJ is a girldad in the sense that he and Erin are super close (closer than even Erin & peg but only by a little) and she still calls him as an adult to solve her problems and she actually struggles to understand other people having issues with their own dads

Trapper is a girldad also but at one point one of his daughters picks up on a weird Vibe between him and her mom and eventually learns about the infidelity and she still loves her dad but there is an irreparable rift there now

If Hawkeye has a daughter they have a pretty standard loving relationship but every so often he drops Korea Lore and she's like "what the fuck dad"

If Margaret had a daughter it's constant wwiii until they go on some weird coming of age road trip and they still have constant wwiii but with more understanding
