Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
