Indulge in the irresistible combination of dark chocolate and oatmeal with these lace cookies. Crispy and delicate, they are a treat to your taste buds.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the oats, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Melt the butter and mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and milk in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth. While the ingredients are still wet, add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring just until everything is combined. The dark chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Place teaspoonfuls of the cookie dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Leave a few inches between each one because they will spread. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way. When the cookies are cool, they will look like lace and have a great crunch. Have fun with these tasty Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Lace Cookies!
