On the other hand, the WHA brimless witches would never allow it because it would too easily get discovered by non-witches destroying the entire secrecy of the witchcraft and keeping it out of the hands of folk "Not Approved" to do magic because they might misuse it - which is why they hide that magic is drawing specific symbols with special ink not inborn power. Making what is essentially assembly line instead of bespoke magic would likely never be allowed.

So stamp magic would very much be a brimmed cap witches thing to do.

Plus the impulse to stamp magic on your body directly would be hard to deny, which is a super big no-no in WHA. That's a whole debatable blanket rule preventing a lot of medical magic from being legal.
