Soundwave

Firstly, if you become his friend/partner, Soundwave will be incredibly devoted to you. Soundwave does not seek empty connections, and if you were able to gain his affection, know that you can always count on him

Soundwave will be protective of you. He won't make a scene, but if someone on the Nemesis speaks to you in an inappropriate tone, he will appear behind your back as a threatening, silent shadow. Everyone knows it's best not to mess with their mysterious communications officer, and if you are in his company, you will likely be avoided as well

More doors will be open for you than for others, because you have Soundwave's loyalty, and Soundwave has Megatron's loyalty, which automatically means you have it too. It will be easier for you to get some information or in general get something, since Soundwave has access to almost everything on the Nemesis

Soundwave always keeps Laserbeak with him, but only you would be allowed to actively interact with his bird. Laserbeak, getting used to your constant presence near Soundwave, would also start trusting you, reacting calmly to your touches and perhaps even sometimes sitting on your shoulder (I headcanon Laserbeak as Soundwave's pet; I'm not sure what he actually is, but I like to think that Laserbeak is something like Soundwave's tame bird)

Schockwave

Shockwave is driven by logic, so it is more likely that you gained his affection because you proved your intelligence, rationality, and showed the ability to be an interesting conversationalist and a useful, effective colleague

Shockwave would have long conversations and discussions with you. He doesn't often meet those who understand him and with whom he finds it interesting to talk, and communicating with you is always like an interesting puzzle for his processor. Height: Average. Not the shortest, but also not the tallest

Hair: Something like a long bob, or a little shorter. Hair: Short-cut. Long hair would get in the way on the battlefield

Body: Ooh, he's a powerful man. With strong arms and back. His body type is an inverted triangle, with broad shoulders, a large chest, and not very wide waist

Distinctive Features: He has several large, old scars acquired during the war. To any worries about this, he responds that what's done is done, these scars are now just history, and they don't hurt at all, so everything is fine and they don't have to worry about him

Smokescreen (my favourite lovely boy!!)

Height: A little above average

Hair: Short and messy. The hair constantly gets in his eyes, as it is very choppily cut, because Smokescreen tried to do it himself to look cool. As a result, he decided not to correct it, because, by his own words, it’s even more stylish and interesting like this, unique in its own way

Body: Athletic, but not very muscular. He is more quick and agile than strong, although honestly, one doesn't hinder the other. He would have a very pronounced pelvic line (or hip line,i don't know how to call it correctly,hope you get what i mean)
