Summary:

Kurt has never fit in. His mother had always told him it was because he was different. Her specific saying to him whenever he had been feeling down was "Why fit in when you were born to stand out?" He knows it's true, he's is fabulous after all and everyone knows it. There was nothing wrong with being different, special, unique.

That was what he needed to tell himself to sleep at night. Yet sometimes Kurt felt like he was too different from everyone else, like an alien or a different breed. It's a constant itch in the back of his head that he can't scratch. He can't seem to figure out the answer to a seemingly easy question.

Why can't he just be normal?

i ship kurtofsky because in the hands of amazing writers the two of them could truly be a groundbreaking relationship so many young gay men could relate to. they would go from bully and his victim to slowly becoming friends if the writers actually let kurt to help david and let them become friends

so don’t tell me i ship kurt with other men because i hate blaine. i don’t like blaine. i don’t like his relationship with kurt but me liking other kurt ships has nothing to do with blaine
