I didn't like the wedding episode either :/ I was honestly so disappointed, after all that build-up - but I can't stand to feel bad about Klaine finally being married, so I just focus on that and the fact that they're together and happy. Also what made me feel better about it is that apparently Darren and Chris were relieved that the episode wasn't all about Klaine and that their wedding wasn't too stereotypically flamboyant. It definitely could have been done better but I'll take what I can get
Yeah, I feel the same way. I might not have liked the episode, but Iâm glad theyâre married anyway. If youâve made it this far into Glee, you already know that you take what you can get. Blaine and Kurt have a baby now though, and Iâm really happy about that :D

I wouldnât necessarily say that Kurt and Blaine getting married is fanservice, because to me itâs more of an inevitable outcome for their characters at this point rather than pointless pandering. I'm fine with them getting married at this point, itâs just the actual execution that I wasnât a fan of. Oh well.

Yeah, you have a point re: the puppet. I at least would tell them to watch just the YouTube video for âSomebody Loves You.â Itâs fun and flirty and one could easily believe theyâre still together with no context.

Ummmm but yeah, other than that funny American Gothic moment I dunno I didnât enjoy the rest of the Klaine stuff we got in that episode. Them getting pressured into getting married, Blaine not getting a storyline with his mom. I adored the Brittana stuff though, so if anon likes them they shouldnât miss out on that!

As someone who used to be hardcore Klainer, I gave up on Glee just before season 5 and now I wonder if I should finish watching the show just for Kurt and Blaine's/old time's sake. What do you recommend? Should I watch it, or leave the past behind me? I still absolutely love them but I'm scared if Glee has ruined what last of what I loved them for. Did it get better? I don't mind spoilers. Thanks, I adore your art and trust you even if we don't know each other haha
Oh, thanks! Iâm glad you value my opinion, though, disclaimer here, it is just my opinion. Itâs not representative of fandom or any particular taste or anything.
I donât think that re-watching the entirety of s5 or s6 would be worth it for you, but it sounds like you might enjoy a few select Klaine episodes. 5.01 is the proposal/Beatles episode and is fun and flirty and gorgeous. 5.06 has some cute moments of Kurt being supportive of Blaine. The NYC arc (5.14-5.20) has divided fandom opinion, but I personally liked it. If you donât like Klaine drama I would skip it, but there are a lot of affectionate moments in-between. If you donât want the drama and want just the nice moments send me another message and Iâll compile some links to clips if you like! No one should miss out on domestic!Klaine.
I would skip s6, but the finale episodes (6.12-6.13) are great. They got a good ending and I was satisfied.Â

It's from Yuuki Yuuna Is A Hero. I'm actually kinda "eh" about this series, but watch it for the action scenes because it's the best I've seen from the genre.

Thank you! And yeah, nostalgia for Klaine is gonna hit me big time, I've put more investment in them than any other fandom I've been in.
It was other fanartists that inspired me to draw my own fanart too, and it's sort of weird but cool that I'm now inspiring other people??? Like woah, I don't think I should be put on the same pedestal as the other artists I admire. But I appreciate it all the same :)
And don't forget to have fun when drawing fanart! It's not an art class or professional job to stress over. It's just another medium to share ideas in fandom, along with text posts and fics and videos and gifsets.

Chris and Darren were right when they said that Klaine has become this huge thing of its own outside of just the couple. Kurt and Blaine might be saying goodbye in canon, but we still have them with us in fandom <3

Out of curiousity, after Glee ends, are you going to keep drawing fanart for the show? :3
Yeah I think after the show ends I'll definitely still have feelings I want to draw and express. No idea if I'm in it for the long haul. If I move on, then I move on. I don't have any other shows I'm particularly dedicated to at the moment though.
Everything about that art pulled at my heart strings but the thing that gets me the most is that just because darren and chris won't be showing us anymore of Kurt's and Blaine's life doesn't mean it doesn't exists. They will always be there â¤ď¸
Yes! It's kind of sad though, because to me it's like Kurt and Blaine are ghosts now. They won't inhabit physical bodies anymore, but they'll still be alive for as long as anyone is around to remember them. Their spirits are in our care now.
