This post talks about a new DM feature in youtube. What it fails to mention is that as part of this new feature is that when you send someone a link to a video, and they open it in the youtube app, they will see who sent them the link. Specifically, your channel name.

If your google account name is your real name, so is your channel name by default.

This means the new default behavior is that everyone you send a youtube link to will see your full name if they open it in the mobile app.

To turn this off:

Go to your youtube app settings

Go to Privacy

Turn off "Channel visibility for shared links"

Like, Twilight is bad enough since he had his one adventure, succeeded, and that was that, but oh dude, Wind would be so much worse.

Wild grows up on tales of the Hero of The Winds, who slew Ganon, defeated Bellum (a creature theorized to feed on malice & lifeforce??? holy shit), found a new land and helped establish a settlement for people (cuz islands are not sustainable, actually).

And then Wild dies. He fails to do at 17 what Wind did at 12-14 ! The Calamity ruined the land that the Hero of The Winds found!

And then LU happens and Wild has to look Wind in the eyes

What a nightmare

The hero of Time never came back to save Hyrule so perhaps many assumed he died on an adventure after saving it the first time or died right at the start of Ganondorf’s return. Knowing Ganondorf and Bellum could come back after Wind is gone or something happens to him(like dies at the start) and their is no one else to step up to the mantle or New Hyrule can’t defend itself, he makes a sorta safe guard plan just in case. The Sheikah’s are probably in another island in The Great Sea because if the royal family can survive(barely), I’d say the Sheikah can to even if it’s barely. Royal family and Sheikah reunite in New Hyrule and agree to the safe guard plan. The Sheikah build it and Wind helps create the healing coma water/liquid with the healing water from the Secret Spring of Revival and the help of the Windfish(he sleeps so it totally makes sense), mix it together and you have the Shrine of Resurrection.

When Wild finally discovers Wind helped create the very thing that saved him and gave him a second chance to save his home, the same home Wind found so long ago, it makes him feel worse about his failure because if it wasn’t for Wind and the Sheikah, he would have failed to be a hero.

Also, if we work with the theory that Wind helped create the Resurrection Shrine (to prevent Hyrule from not having a Hero again) then its like, did a subsection of those ancient sheikah like the Hero of the Wind so much that they adapted his qualities into their culture? And were the descendants so very insulted about having to bury the beloved creations of their ancestors and past Hero that they rebelled, and somehow it snowballed into working for Ganon?

Add in that the Shrines of BoTW (including the Shrine of Resurrection) shares a lot of decorative details with the Tower of The Gods from WW. Including old technology, powered by a bright blue glow, and also being a trial for the new Hero to be tested. This is talked about at 14:14 of this video for curiosity.

Also, the guardians remind me of these statue enemies from WW. They were moblin statues that Wind had to sneak around. If they saw him move, they’d shoot lasers or fire at him. They were specifically guardians for a base that could act individually without being controlled, and attack at will once an enemy is spotted. Sound familiar? (Timestamp: 11:50 reference link)

but it's an entirely new level of tragic when somebody you've actually spoken to gets turned into a bot account. it's like peeking at a zombie apocalypse through the window and realizing one of the shambling corpses was your friend.

and then the zombie catches sight of you, lurches up to your window, and shouts through the glass that they accidentally reported your account to tumblr and you'll be deactivated unless you click this link.

if you get something like this ↑ they're gonna follow up by instructing you to contact tumblr support on discord and give you contact info; or they're gonna link a website that looks sort of like tumblr support and say you have to email them; or any variety of "you must now contact tumblr, here is how you contact tumblr."

whatever they send you, it Does Not lead to tumblr. it leads to the master zombie that bit them and inducted them into the ranks of the undead, and will bite you the second they have your email and password. i might be confusing zombies and vampires. anyway,

it's easier to fall for these messages because the blog doesn't LOOK like a bot blog, because it ISN'T a bot blog. it's a normal person's blog that got accessed by a bot, meaning the blog's content CLEARLY looks like a real active user when you click on it. and yes—it might even be a blog you already know. sometimes bots like this go down a blog's DMs or reblogs and message people they've previously interacted with.

They wear suits, but they don't even know basic etiquette.
