Having Armand getting turned at 27 honestly makes it even more heart breaking for me because he's 27 still living with Marius meaning that he never got to leave the palazzo, he never got to go to university, he never had to chance to be an independent adult, he never got to discover who he is without Marius's influence. He must've seen so many of his friends leave him, the younger boys he helped raise eventually growing up and also leaving, meanwhile he's stuck with Marius who will never see him as an independent adult, always just a child, his little boy.
