was feeling evil bc the finale but yesterday after work me and belle watched two towers (extended edition) while eating delicious food and then stayed up until really late showing each other videos and instagram reels. the world is beautiful once again and i'm full of love. i have decided to pick the parts of the season i liked and ignore the rest☀️💛

my beautiful assad, care to tell me where was that "more than a millisecond" of loving daniel was supposedly gonna get from armand? 😭😭

so the good news #forme is that i was really bummed because i had like 50k of a devil's minion fic set up between s2 and s3 i had not finished writing and thought "aw man nobody is gonna want to read that now as it doesn't follow s3 at all, everyone is going to want post s3 fics only" but now......the public will yearn for the fixit retcon fics....

AND ANOTHER THING 😭 why couldn't lestat be getting the head torture at the same time too? They could have made him go in and out of consciousness to show the exact same scenes if they wanted to and have it be like "he's out of it for 5 seconds but it feels like 10 mins in his head" and "every time he goes under he forgets what is happening to him and louis irl", louis and armand's voices could have echoed during the long table scenes, even having "marius" recognize that was armand. at one point you could have had armand send lestat away in the bowling bag which would have made louis more distressed and given daniel the chance of have his scenes with lestat anyway. could have given us the chance to get lesmand's quotes such as "does anyone else knows the size of your soul?" (which would TRACK considering armand eavesdropped on the séance and with what raglan tells daniel later too) and also "a century i had waited, and you did not want me!" and show armand's actions as more desperate for recognition of what he has been through, that he often feels like he is used and then abandoned by those he loves, to the point he self sabotages in his desperation to maintain something, someone, by his side, feeling like deep down he wants an apology for all he has suffered but not knowing from whom exactly or how to get it, so he is just lashing out and trying anything he can to soothe that painful feeling in his soul. Louis seeing a side of lesmand's dynamic he didn't know and affected his own relationship with both armand and lestat for almost a century without realizing, prompting him to tell armand what he did at the end. Man, come on.

All this to stop and still be thinking i love armand so much and can't get enough of him <3 oughhhh my little guy i'll defend you for ever

I now think the season cliffhanger should have been loustat getting beheaded and use that extra episode to just make flashbacks longer and more detailed instead of the memory marathon we had to run through

I'll say i did really reaaaally enjoy the devil's minion crumbs we got in the episode even tho it felt like eating off the floor in between getting slapped so there is that

in better lovely news i just found out a mutual whom i wanted to break mutual follow with for a while now finally unfollowed me first so i could unfollow back peace on earth
