I wasn't sure if you meant how they'd like to play it, or how they'd survive if they were isekai'd into a standard survival setting so I did both
DOORMAN - Big explorer and also of course mind game player. Moving items in people's houses just to fuck with them sort of thing. If prox chat is on he's silent until he's right behind you. Evil. If isekai'd he'd do just fine. There's interesting things everywhere although I think the lack of mass culture would probably be less interesting and more familiar to him. Down grade but he'd live.
MINA - This bitch didn't pick up the game until it exploded during the pandemic!!!! She doesn't particularly like it at first but forces herself to play until she's competent because it's really popular. Her favorite part is building houses and yes she's thinking about what they'd be like to actually live in. Get her some furniture mods and now we're cooking. If isekai'd: she is so fucked that is my spoiled city girl princess <3 <3 <3 she is resilient but the learning curve would be massive. Not a miserable end for her but definitely not her preferred. I think she likes people, even though she doesn't, yk?
LASH - Lash would LOOOOOOOVE end busting I know this in my heart. Get that guy an elytra he will have fun. He gets one for everyone and then some. Surprisingly rich for a guy who doesn't mine beyond when he has to. If isekai'd: bro is getting into the hunting fandommm raw strength goes a long way here. He also has a lot of base mechanical skill that would serve him very well. Barring Doorman because it's not fair, I think he does the best in this scenario.
POCKET - Probably the most gameplay pilled of the bunch. Into learning the mechanics & redstone but they're not particular good at it. Knows the levels things spawn at and actually mines by choice. It's meditative. If isekai'd: Nothing if not resilient! And better off than Mina by virtue of having to go from rock bottom before. Probably a fairly happy end for them, getting to live a life absent of the weight of Fairfax Industries, but I also feel that it would be a little textureless for them? Aimless maybe
I asked my brother this same question and I thought his answer was so funny I wanted to include:
Mo & Krill would have an insane huge mega base, all netherite, just running the place. Rem has a shitty awful dirt/cobble/oak house with ladders and vines on the walls because he thinks climbing is awesome. His little helpers are also playing but they suck and can only carry one block at a time. Drifter is there and constantly trying to beat Rem to death with just a stick because he refuses to actually play the game, periodically interrupted by Mo & Krill who wipe him off the map for his crimes.
