In the seventeenth century, the statuette was displayed on important feast days on the altar of the Ornate Chapel in the Munich Residence.

my thoughts on the artfight discourse are too long to post on a site with a character limit but i feel like this has so quickly spiraled out of hand

i agree wholeheartedly that if you want to progress as an artist, and especially if you want to progress as an artist in a professional setting (regardless of what shape that takes) you need to learn your basics and not rely heavily on shortcuts and tools. you need to learn anatomy and perspective and color theory and how to combine the skills you have learned without heavily relying on outside help. however.

artfight is not and never has been marketed as for professionals by professionals. artfight is a free art trading game and regardless of your take on tracing 3d bases pretending like the hundreds and thousands of casual, hobby, and beginner artists who are participating in a literal game should be held to the same standards as industry professionals is missing the point entirely. some people sound like they got called out for saying they didn't want artists they consider to be unskilled drawing for them and now they're using the current situation to find a new way to say it that sounds more acceptable
