Thinking positive won’t erase my diagnoses, my chronic illnesses, or the pain. Maybe a heating pad but that’s temporary. This type of suggestion is a low key micro aggression toward neuro-adaptive patients; patients that have to adapt to their surroundings while suffering neurologically. I , unfortunately, live in Houston - have been for four years and the weather is soggy af. Climate drives me bonkers with occasional migraines and anxiety cause it flash floods down here! . Starting to think I’m in a committed relationship with my specialists but it’s for a good cause! I’m having cranial nerve issues. The facial numbness and tingling is alarming but it’s happened several times before. . How many of you relate! I need neuro-normal ppl to understand that you guys have it MADE. While you guys get to go out or just wake up to play with your phone, ppl with chronic pain have to balance a plethora of doctor appointments along with regular life.
