A bit of a Disclaimer: Vax is Vox and Valentino’s child. He was created by the animation director at SPINDLEHORSE, Smiles (@Hat_Teeth on X). She is probably one of the biggest fans of Staticmoth and it is thanks to her we have this “semi-canon fan accepted little bug” that is the son of these two crazies.

When I drew Vax for the first time, I did it after reading this amazing AO3 fic. I had no idea there was any actual official art of him, so I drew him based on the description given in the fic. Though Vax’s Original Design is amazing, I have fallen in love with my own design. Thus, I shall keep using it.

I am unsure of the origins of the official Vax (how was he born?), but in this AU we follow the events placed on the fic that inspired me to create this AU in the first place. I recommend you go read it, you won’t regret it.
