Mango Chutney Baked Fish (serves 2, just adjust to suit the number of people you are feeding) The freshness of the Mango Chutney is a perfect match for your favourite fillet of fish 2 fish fillets – Snapper goes well with this 2 tbsp of Kinky Kondiments Mango Chutney 1 spring onion, chopped 1 tbsp chopped coriander 1. Turn oven onto 180 degrees(c) and line baking tray with baking paper and place the fillets of fish onto the lined tray 2. Mix the Kinky Kondiments Mango Chutney, spring onion & coriander together in a bowl, place evenly on both fillets of fish 3. Place in oven for 15-20 mins – time may vary depending on fillet size and oven 4.
