Continuing with these BANGERS, I have never seen a more bisexual man in my life. Hell, he may have toyed with the idea of being nonbinary at one point before realizing he really does come at the dating game from a very masculine perspective. Imo the show would be sick as hell if Riker not only captured the eyes of every beautiful woman, but also every beautiful man and otherwise.

Do I even need to say it? Ace ICON. Obviously not sex repulsed like the great Picard, but canonically he literally has no sexual or romantic attraction. It could be argued that Data is nonbinary or even a transman since there isn't really an assigned-male-at-birth situation, but he definitely and clearly identifies with masculinity and he/him pronouns. It's sort of implied that he could present differently if he so chose (he has the knowledge to build that capability in another being exactly like him at least), so for me it would be tough to argue against him being fully a man in gender.

Speaking of Data... you mean to tell me Tasha Yar got hit with the horny gas and fucked the single individual on the entire ship that has the penetrative equipment but is not specifically male??? This, my friends, is a lesbian's lesbian. I would even go so far as to say she's futch. She may even be a he/him lesbian, but in the 2nd wave feminist sense. I don't care if she is shown cavorting with men I don't care she's a lesbian.

Geordi is a straight man unfortunately. I'm SORRY yall he is too down bad for too many women, I can't say anything other than straight and cis. I feel like he would've been a fantastic gay man or nonbinary, but it just isn't there I fear.

Now, Worf, he's a strange one on the grounds that he is a different race and odd within his own fucking race at that, so pinpointing this freak's queerness is quite the task. He imposes a lot of misogyny on himself, so I could see him being closeted I suppose. I really do think he truly is a lover of women, though. His gender... I mean, he certainly is insistent on his masculinity as a Klingon, but I do wonder how much he knows about transness being an option. I'm gonna say cis straight man by human standards, at least for now.

Deanna Troi has she/they mystique, do NOT come at me for this. Considering how misandrist her mother and, probably to a similar extent, her Betazoid part of her culture is, I wouldn't be surprised if she experimented with being a transboy in her youth to express how different she felt from the femininity of her mother and to see how she would react. As for sexuality, I think she's open to being pansexual but she really is just heterosexual when it comes down to it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ no shame there.

There we go! We got one for the straight cis women. I don't even think she had a sapphic phase imo--I think she can count on her hands how many men she's fallen in love with, and her late husband is one of them. Also Jean Luc but dw about that.

Aaaaaand her son. Now... guys. I know yall want me to say gay. I mean... LOOK at that sweater. Look at it. I know this just as well as you do. I just don't think he is! I think he has MANY gay onlookers in his older age, but he truly loves women. He's young in the show so it may be too early kinda to tell for gender, but I feel like he seems at ease in his own masculinity at his age and that for sure does not seem to be the case for genderqueer or trans individuals. So, oddly enough, cis straight boy! Who knew?

O'Brien is a gay man. I DON'T MAKE THE RULES GUYS I don't care how married he is or how many children he has. He is lowkey and charming and potential suitors don't know he's gay necessarily when they first meet him because he's not that concerned about it, but he loves men. He does. He is a man who loves men.

Are you kidding me?????? PANGENDER PANSEXUAL. Yes, Guinan is technically not human and therefore can't necessarily be held to the same queer standards as a human (or something close to a human, like Data), but come on. These eyes have seen and loved so much and cannot be limited by just one gender or orientation. Case closed.

Alright, now for some lesser characters that I think are worth noting from a queer perspective.

Tam Elbrun, my misunderstood child, is nonbinary and ace. I have a feeling he would be homoromantic if given the opportunity, but that obviously aint gonna happen lol. To be more specific on the nonbinary--I don't think he's agender per se, I think he just doesn't necessarily identify in any meaningful way with masculinity or femininity. He is also obviously whatever the Betazoid equivalent for autistic is, but that's neither here nor there lol.

...Lwaxana is a straight cis woman. Idk what else to say. She clearly believes men to be scum of the earth yet she clearly lusts after them. I think it could be interesting to think of her as a transwoman who puts down men to put that era behind her, but that would complicate her being Deanna's mother. Maybe by star trek times they've figured out the trans womb. Also not a human yadda yadda but she is so CLEARLY a straight woman that I think this is irrelevant.

Now, Lwaxana's attendant Mr. Homn is... also nonhuman, but more obviously so. He is likely a man in name only as he does very few things to perform really any gender at all. I feel like this aligns him more closely with agender from human standards. Nearly impossible to tell, but most likely asexual as he was chosen after Lwaxana's previous attendant thought lustful thoughts of her and, presumably, he does not. This could make him gay but Lwaxana would also be aware of those thoughts, so me thinks this could be unlikely.

What is this, Data again????? WRONG. This is Lore. But wouldn't he be the same in queerness as Data? WRONG AGAIN! Lore was specifically designed to have emotion and reactions like humans and, therefore, likely does have a preference as far as romantic or sexual partners. What manner of partners, you ask? He has SUCH an obsession with Data and being better than him that I think it's more likely than not that that obsession may carry over into those like Data and, further, like himself. I think he really likes androgyny, maybe leaning masculine but not necessarily. Gender-wise I feel he is similar to Data in that he is clearly a man, but it could be argued that he is a nonbinary man or transman.
