Genuinely though the idea of aphantasia is stupid, I don't think anyone can see an apple, they are all lying to me as a bit

Question to people with aphantasia, how do you see memories? Like for example if you wanted to remember what you ate for dinner last night, can you visually see what you ate based on your memory of it? Or maybe even something as familiar as the layout of your home?
