These classic beef tacos are a family favorite and perfect for Taco Tuesday. They're quick, easy, and customizable with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup sour cream. 8 small flour tortillas. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until the onion is clear. Break up the ground beef with a spoon as it cooks until it turns brown. Take out the extra fat and add the taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. You can use a dry skillet or the microwave to warm up the flour tortillas. Put a spoonful of the beef mixture on each tortilla to make a taco. Shred cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sour cream should be put on top. Serve your beef tacos hot and enjoy them!
