I was craving for something sweet over the weekend and these donuts really hit the spot.
This is the second time I’ve made it and they came out delicious
Recipe: Cinnamon Donuts with Browned Butter Glaze
Tried another bread recipe to make this stromboli.
Same concept of mozzarella cheese but no cream cheese. This also used a mix of almond meal and coconut flour
Overall, it was pretty good. It didn't look as filling in three servings and I should ave followed my instinct of adding half of the recipe.

Since it had been raining all weekend and today, I wanted to make up something warm.
Creamy Sausage and Mushroom Soup
It doesn't look pretty but it was good and spicy. It really hit the spot with the weather.
This weekend had been an interesting one. A couple of victories and failures that are really made stop and think. First off, the victory is that we went clothes shopping and I am now a size smaller! It really felt weird that I was looking for smaller sizes rather than being defeated because they didn't have it. I am now 181 lbs so, two more to my next goal of breaking 180s. My jeans, at least, are size 15 juniors or 14 women. I am extremely proud of the progress I made and I hope that I can keep it up. The bad thing is that I just could not stop snacking today. I kept grabbing handfuls of peanuts and chocolate chips. It is extremely frustrating because I keep feeling like I am selfsabotaging myself. I do have shark week and I don't know why this time is so particularly bad. I am giving myself this past weekend as a lapse of judgment and just KCKO. Hopefully I can have a better hold of my cravings once my visit is over. So yea, I just have to remain positive and take this weekend for what it is and move past it. I really hope that I can maintain this momentum and lose two more lbs next week.

Right now, I am really craving waffles with PB on top so, I think this weekend, I will try making keto friendly waffles with the Life of Riley Walnut Butter :)

Updates
I have officially reached my lowest weight of 183. I reached this about 8 years ago with exercising and WW. I felt that I had overdone it and while I understood the term lifestyle change, I never fully grasped it. I gained it all back when I had my eating disorder within a couple of months. I sought out therapy while still overeating. I've lost weight again but never weighed myself so I have no idea what my lowest was at that time frame but it didn't matter because I've gained almost all of it back when I moved to Louisiana. After another diabetic diagnosis, I was at 230 again. I first took did some attempt of keto but didn't really understood all of it. After that, I switched to a somewhat low sodium diet that was timed eating. I ate really low sodium meals but also kept my carbs below 50g. I finally found out about keto during the summer and decided to start after Independence Day. By then, I was down to 207 lbs. It was tough since I could still justify eating at Popeye's and any fatty meals. I decided to go for it. It was tough trying to learn what macros were and trying to reach it. It is definitely a learning experience. I still have some cheats here and there but never really going too much. I know every decision to cheat is heavily weighed in and I made sure that I will not regret it. Right now, I have reached my second goal of 183 and I am extremely proud of my self. My next goal is 180, which I hope I can reach by the end of the month. I have already picked my first reward of hair and nails. After that, it's all new territory. I am really excited because I feel like I will be going to what I really want to be. Hopefully I can reach my goal soon :D
A quick progress pic as I hit my 21st lbs loss mark. I really thought that I was going to gain weight this week but I was shock that I lost 2 lbs this weekend. I am really happy of my progress and I hope that I can continue to the next 20 lbs :D
So yea, I made this Cheeseburger Casserole and it was aactually really good. I had to make some changes to the original recipe. I switched out the onions to mushrooms and half and half to heavy cream. I also broiled for 5 mins to give it that pretty crust. It's simply but it also a good autumn dish.

Since I couldn't have waffle weekends, I made a waffle for dinner. Decided to try making a pumpkin waffle and this was really tasty! My version of chicken and waffles :)
My version of Eggs Benedict. I used Cloud Bread and decided to use spam for my meat. It was really good despite it being a little labor intensive
Keto Krate or Keto Delivered?
So, probably a dumb question but, does anyone subscribed to both? Which one seemed more “promising?”
I know that people really liked Keto Krate and that Keto Delivered had some issues with shipping so, not a lot of people posted reviews for them yet.
I am toying with the idea of getting a box for a little bit, just to have some sort variety with my snacks and well, my choices where I live is severely limited.
I could wait another month or two until more reviews come out for Keto Delivered but I am still on the fence.

Parmesan Meatball Alfredo Zoodles
I actually have a lot of bad luck with meatball since they always end up so dry. These, however, were perfect. I absolutely loved the way they tasted.
I am also super surprised by how low carb jarred alfredo sauce was. I typically don’t like red sauce so, I was really happy to know that I don’t have to make them from scratch.

Keto Comfort Food?
I’m thinking I’m gonna need a lot of it to get through these next few scary days. My biggest cravings are pizza and cookies. Anybody have some favorite recipes they’d like to share with me? I could use it.
Like everyone, Fathead Pizza crust was really good to eat and easy to make. My boyfriend said it was like a real pizza. But I will be making a Carbquik crust on Monday, which I heard is good.
As for cookies, I've made almond meal cookies and it had a more cake-like density than what I love from cookies. This was the recipe that I tried. However, I also love to do a dark chocolate low carb waffle and they have pretty much satiated my craving
I think that I finally perfected my carbquik waffle! I have been fiddling around with the measurements for at least two different times and I think I have it! I need to write them down though lol
