Reintroducing my Painting - Painting Reintroduction and some Inspiration behind the Painting
It has been awhile sense I have made a video about the Painting I have been working on for the last 3 years . So I wanted to reintroduce this Painting. This Brain and Herbs Painting was Inspired by the desire to learn about the Plants and Herbs that support our Brains and that support those experiencing Anxiety and Depression and Stress as well as the other ways we can be affected by those things. To learn about Herbs that Support upset stomach, headaches and sleep. This painting has grown and changed as I have gone along. As well as I have grown and changed too. This Painting is bringing together my interest in Mental Health ,Herbalism and Nature, Art and this desire to bring it all together to Integrate and Promote Wellness and growth on a Mental, Physical and Spiritual level. It has been a while since I have made a video about this painting. I have been Documenting the process of this Painting as I have went along and will share that footage in time .As I continue to work on this Painting I hope to give more updates to its progress as I go.
