sometimes i reread gtn and it shocks me at how unimportant the tridentarius twins/the third house are in it. part of this is bc it’s in gideon’s pov and gideon couldn’t give a shit about ianthe and only cares about corona when her tits are out but it’s interesting because both of them (even babs) become like main drivers for the story with ianthe in htn and ntn and corona in ntn and babs in unwanted guest and i get why but like it’s crazy how when you read gtn when all the sudden ianthe’s becoming a lyctor and you’re kinda like what the fuck since when?!? cause gideon is too focused on the wrong parts of the plot.
