Binocular Vision

so you'd think I would be used to it by now but sometimes it still hits me so hard, out of the blue, the enormity of their relationship, how fucking brave Dan was back in 2009 and how Phil was always by his side through all of that, how they built their whole 16 yr relationship on solid ground, they've been cultivating it and communicating with each other through thick and thin, living and working together at the same time, like that's crazy to me and they might disagree but that comment they got during the Christmas live about how they were able to keep that love alive through it all, was 100% valid, like even keeping alive friendships is so much hard work (and I know that personally) and they kept showing up for each other over and over again, that is worth being proud of, they are actually made for each other and there is no romanticizing that, like Dan said in the hard launch video, there is no one out there more compatible than they are to each other, they get each other on another, metaphysical level and I think that is just so beautiful to witness, and we are so fortunate to even be able to do so!
