Itachi literally said that his hands kept Sasuke away and while doing this he was lying all the time. He never played with Sasuke even if he promised to do it, when he died and said it was finally over, he later came back. Lies after lies. These two fingers are nice way to say no to a child. They create this barrier between people but in a way that it is not rude.ย

Here Sasuke finally understands Itachi and his love for his little brother. After this panel Sasuke never questions his brother again. Moreover, as Itachi said his two fingers kept Sasuke far away so now he touches forehead with him, there is no barrier between them, no distance, no more lies, just love.ย
