starting a vegetable garden right before a heat wave followed by a sudden 30 degree dip in temperature is like, really difficult.

These poor vegetables are stressed the fuck out with me. My basil looks like it’s been shot, my tomato plant was basically melting in the heat, and my heads of lettuce are a few leaves short of a full head, if you know what I mean
