Just to remind everyone that even if you can't shower, doing literally đ˘đŻđşđľđŠđŞđŻđ¨ can, and usually will, improve your wellbeing. On days I've found it difficult to do "proper" self-care, just putting on a new change of clothes, flossing my teeth (I use floss picks) or even just rinsing off can greatly improve my well-being if I feel unmotivated or "blah."
If you feeling like you can't do đŚđˇđŚđłđşđľđŠđŞđŻđ¨ you "should", then doing đ´đ°đŽđŚđľđŠđŞđŻđ¨ is always better. It's taken a while to get used to this mindset, but I just put on a fresh set of clothes and feel so much better than I did before.
None of this happened over night, and a good shower would do me well, but since I can't manage that tonight, I may as well change my clothes (If you keep them somewhere close by, then you only need to reach from your position.)
Just putting it out there for whoever needs to hear it. Doing something to take care of yourself is always better than nothing.
