Also, why do people also blame the fight with stiles on him. He didn’t have the full story, obviously if you think your best friend beat someone’s head in with a wrench, you’re going to be a bit wary. And he WAS willing to listen to stiles’ side of the story, but stiles didn’t dispute anything so obviously Scott would think what Theo told him was true. AND WHEN HE FOUND OUT WHAT DID HAPPEN HE UNDERSTOOD 😭

listen every season is sciles season but oh my god season 3 really fucking was THE sciles season. they start by going to the tattoo parlor together. stiles doesn’t like needles nor is he getting a tattoo and scott still was like okay have to bring my bestie to this. codependent couldn’t even get a tattoo without stiles being there.
then when shit starts to get real despite being separated scott and stiles have the energy of reading each other’s minds in the most dangerous situations and are on the same wavelength. they’re constantly helping each other when the other one loses hope and when they do they’re both so devastated. scott cheering up stiles after them finding nothing to help boyd, stiles going into the gasoline ring with scott, stiles understanding why scott isn’t healing after lydia explains that it’s all in his head, scott with the mri scene and so many more instances. season 3a ending with scott doing a voiceover and despite the fact that allison went under scott specifically says “stiles and i feel this darkness” and when everyone is coupled up its stiles who puts an arm around scott’s shoulders. scott hearing that they might have to kill stiles HIS BEST FRIEND after the nogistune with HIS BEST FRIENDS’ FACE twisted a knife into him and went fuck that shit i am saving my best friend.
scott and stiles this season really were like “yes we have friends now and more support but we still would drag anyone under the mud if it means that my best friend isn’t safe” like lord they were so quick with it no hesitation they would drop your ass if it meant that each other was safe. they quite literally would defy all odds for each other and the wildest thing is that they DID THAT!!! they defeated the odds for one another bonkers wild season 3 was on a whole new ass level for them.
I never noticed just how many times Scott being "odd" and "socially awkward" is mentioned in this show
If I think about it more it makes a lot of sense for this to be a thing
Even with his new abilities, he becomes a popular guy who plays lacrosse, still his friend circle remains the same, he only hangs out with the other weirdos and social outcasts

They are on a school road trip with like ten other kids who have no idea what the fuck is going on. Why is Scott’s ex here with the queen bee of beacon hills high to witness whatever gay shit he has going on w Isaac Lahey. they don’t even do cross country.
