while malia isn’t scott’s beta yet in 3x14, i still think he would feel responsible for her n feel the need to check up on her. it’d be hard to speak to her bc he can’t just knock on the door bc what can he possibly tell mr. tate? i’m a friend of the sheriff’s son n i was there when ur daughter was found? mr. tate takes care of malia like a child for the first few weeks that she’s back so it’s hard to get her alone. mr. tate only leaves the house when he has to do his shopping of groceries or necessities. malia never speaks n scott does sometimes. bc he wants to know she’s okay n he wants her to know he cares. after malia initial shock of being human again wears off n The Guilt n Torment start settling in n consume her entire body n her entire days. malia doesn’t open the door for him anymore n she growls at him. she’s angry. on the woods floor he was someone who had performed a miracle. now he was someone who cursed her. cursed her to be human again n face what she had done to her mother n sister. cursed her to feel this guilt that came w a visceral reaction. it made her sick to her stomach. it made her throw up for days at a time. it was all she could think about. she was a monster. n she knew what her mother n sister’s blood tasted like. n after a while her father starts trying to ask her what happened. n she can’t speak about it. she stays dead silent every time n spirals out for days. the thought of actually saying anything about it out loud makes her sick. eventually her dad realizes she will never be able to answer his questions. he stops asking out right but malia can see the question in his eyes, the desperation of having to know what happened to that night. what happened to her. how did she survive while her sister n mother didn’t. she can’t stop getting sick. she can’t stomach anything. she can’t eat. the wolf cursed her. coyotes always hated wolves.

i don't care if i sound like a complainer or im beating a dead horse, but all the promotion that tvl is getting—the magazines and episode-breakdown couch convo/podcasts and in-universe commercials and live concerts and tons of alternate previews and fucking fashion designer collaborations—compared to the next to nothing that the previous two black and brown-led seasons got really feels purposeful. like amc got their audience built off of their diverse cast, and now they're shifting to a whiter brand, perhaps what they'd wanted to do all along, and are doing their best to advertise that as much as possible.

Scott represses his pain so much and i find it interesting to imagine a character like him specifically who gives so much of himself to everyone around him while denying and minimizing his own pain to explore that through submission and masochism

Some people would have you feeling crazy in the fandom for wanting Scott and Stiles to kiss because the thought of them being together is such an insane concept apparently but then I remember that even Tyler Posey wants Scott to kiss Stiles and that always ends up making me feel better lol
