Hey! I was reading your FanFic "I only want to be with you" series, and was wondering if there was any intention of finishing it, or if it was abandoned. No judgement either way! Just wanted to know if I should bookmark it or not.
To be honest, I'm probably not going to continue with As Long As We're Together. I should really have left I Only Want To Be With You as a standalone fic. I did have a plot mostly worked out for ALAWT, but given that that was done pre-season 2 and the show has progressed so far since then, I don't really see myself being inspired to return to it.

Today I finished writing chapter 22 of To Dance. Now I just need to edit the chapter and send it to my beta reader, and then I’ll be able to post it. I expect it to be up sometime during the first week of October.
It’s also 9.6k words currently, so the final version will almost certainly be over 10k
it’s been over 2 months
I'm aware of that, and I'm working on it. But I'm also an adult with a full time job and other responsibilities, and I don't have as much time to devote to writing as I used to. I also had another writing project to complete that was time sensitive (it was a birthday gift) and so I had to pause work on To Dance in order to get it finished on time.
To Dance is not going to be abandoned. I'm actually almost done with the final chapter, which is currently sitting at 8.4k words. It's coming, I promise. But please remember that I'm doing this for fun, in my free time, and I can't always update as quickly as I would like to be able to.

Yes, To Dance will be getting an update :) I know it's taking me longer than usual but I promise that I am still working on the final chapter, and I actually only have two scenes left to write. Can't say for sure when it will be ready for posting as I haven't had a lot of time for writing/editing lately, but I very much do intend to finish the fic.

Well, I said I wasn’t going to do it, but I’ve made the decision to split chapter 21 of To Dance into two chapters. There was just too much to cover in one chapter and it was getting to be too long.
The good news is that this means I’ve finished drafting part 1, and it just needs to be edited and beta read and then I can post it.
