This piece features one of our new Decoupage papers by Mint® !!! The entire piece was painted with Annie Sloan Athenian Black and sealed with her amazing Clear Chalk Paint® wax. The center section was blended with miscellaneous Annie Sloan colors, extending the decoupage paper to the size of the drawers. Annies warm gold gilding wax put the finishing touches on it and we called it a day. Well, my final piece of 2020 turned out to be my 1st piece of 2021 and I couldn't have a prettier piece to start the new year with. This vintage vanity with cabriole/queen anne legs was done in a custom teal mix made by mixing Annie Sloan Giverny & Amsterdam Green. The details on the front drawer and lower legs have been leafed using Annie Sloan's new gold leaf. #amazing stuff, its backed!! Making it sooo much easier to use. The entire piece was then sealed with Annie Sloan Clear Wax, with Annie Sloan dark wax applied lightly along the edges for shadows and dimension. The chair was then done in the same way making it a matching set. These stunning octagonal end tables were redone using a custom navy mix I created by mixing #aubussonblue #rodmell & #graphite Chalk Paint® They were then sealed with Annie Sloans Clear Wax for top notch durability. To finish them off I used a mix of bright and warm gold Annie Sloan gilding wax, adding a touch of elegance to these navy beauties. And YES! Each has a drawer.
