Only watches the news, like that’s the only thing playing on his TV. Occasionally on Friday nights will watch reruns of shows like Dr. Phil or Jerry springer. Will watch them with Yelena.

Pays child support generously.

Reached out to Olivia after the divorce maybe 2-3 times before coming to the conclusion that she was better off without him.

Doesn’t reach out to his son for the same reason. Misses him deeply. Has a photo of him in his wallet.

In the void, one of the rooms replayed the day he lost his Olivia and his son.

Secretly looks up to Bucky but doesn’t admit to it.

Related to Alexei somewhat. They both carry similar guilt.

After the void he became much softer towards Bob.

NEVER apologizes, he probably knows he’s in the wrong but even if it eats him alive he won’t apologize. Only ever apologized to Olivia when he begged her to stay with him.

Does the grocery shopping along side Alexei.

I would describe him as a crab. Has a very hard shell but inside is very soft. He tries to present himself as cold and mean but inside he’s very emotional and soft.

Gained ALOT of weight when his son was born but had to lose a lot for the military. He really rocked the dad bod tho.

Ava Starr

Always had an “I don’t give a fuck” attitude but was actually the first person to give a fuck about everyone else in thunderbolts group.

The baker. Always baking something but anytime someone wants her to bake something for them, they have to pay her.

100% a gaslighter and instigator. Starts fights between Bucky and John just for the thrill.

Bob is her taste tester whenever she’s trying a new recipe.

Can’t stay in one place for too long so at random she’ll like go off grid for a week or two, just exploring what’s around.

Goes on jogs and people watches.

Loves pizza, but not any pizza. It has to be that fancy looking homemade pizza that you’ll see on instagram when you’re hungry.

Total activist.

Fighting people online whose political opinion she disagrees with, or rage baits the shit out of them.

Loves making those s’more cookies.

Hides her bake goods from everyone else. They only get some for free during the holidays (or whenever she feels nice).

Stoner, I know this Women smokes weed. Smoke weed with Yelena before. Tried to get Bucky on it too but failed.

Yelena Belova

Still holds a deep grudge against Alexei (as she should. As deep as her grudge is against Alexei, she still wants a father, her father. To her Alexei will always be her father so she tries to push her grudge away sometimes.

Listens to shit like the offspring, tool, etc.

Big shit talker and smart ass.

Likes the 90’s a lot, like that’s her hyper fixation.

Always looking out for Bob, during missions she always tries to make him do things that would keep him out of harms way. So he ends up being their guy in the chair.

Cuts her own hair, and dyes it occasionally aswell. Had a green emo hair phase.

Felt like a bad pet owner so she gave her dog away. After joining the new avengers she relocated him and now the thunderbolts has a dog running around the tower. Her dog is always either on the couches or in her room.

The hamster she saved has his own cage in her room too.

Big animal lover, wishes she could live a normal life so she could own a farm and take care of animals all day. Either that or be a veterinarian who owns 2 dogs.

Teases and messes with John any chance she can get. Pissing him off is her favorite thing. But she will sit down and watch tv with him when she’s tired.

Hangs out with Ava the most. They both tease the shit out of John.

She quit drinking, which her and everyone around her is proud about. She replaced her alcoholism with a coffee addiction, which isn’t nearly as bad as her alcoholism and is also better for her health.

Some days she feels depressed or just slumped out so her and Bob (when he’s having a low in his mental health), they relax on the couch watching TV and binging Ava’s secret stash of bake goods they stole.

Bucky Barnes

Looks out for Yelena. Doesn’t make it obvious but he does. She reminds him of Nat, a stark reminder of her. Knowing Yelena is Nat’s sister is the driving force of why he looks out for her.

He suspects john looks up to him, but he shakes the idea off cause he thinks John still hates him for everything that happened in tfatws. Over the time he’s gotten to actually know John he gotten over everything in tfatws but there’s still something in him that gets him angry about it all over again.

Misses Steve and sam.

Doesn’t talk to sam anymore and believes Sam is mad at him for being apart of the thunderbolts and joining up with John.

Wants to reach out to Sam and talk things out but doesn’t have the guts too.

The mom of the group. Cooks everyone dinner, hears everyone’s complaints, the deal breaker between everyone’s arguments, became the leader because of his 100 years of experience.

Doesn’t get into arguments much, doesn’t have time for it.

Secretly listens to arctic monkeys, but tells everyone his favorite song is something from the 1940’s or before then.

History buff. Owns a lot of history books to read up on the things he’s lived through or didn’t hear about cause of hydra.

Makes Bob wash his metal arm simply because it’s bobs job to do the dishes.

Drinks his coffee black. Everyone looks at him crazy when he orders his coffee black or makes his coffee.

Doesn’t leave the stark building much unless it’s for a mission.

A pre-diabetic. Cause he’s fucking old.

Even though he’s old as shit, he never seems to forget anything, even the stuff he wants to forget.

Alexei Shostakov

Wayyyy to much energy compared to everyone else

Hyped up Bob a lot

Try’s to rekindle his relationship with Yelena which is usually responded with an eye roll from Yelena.

Does the grocery shopping which, he ends up buying stuff he wasn’t even supposed to buy or what he was looking for. John goes with him to make sure the team actually get the stuff they need.

Since joining the new avengers, he’s been working out so he can fit into his suit again.

Tried to be young and hip again. Follows Yelena’s interests because he believes that she’s the blueprint of what’s hip (she’s not).

The teams #1 cheerleader

Treats Ava as a 3rd daughter cause he thinks the teams is a new family he can start again with even though everyone else disagrees (they secretly do agree and treat eachother as family even if they don’t know they’re doing it)

Looks up to bucky a lil bit but mostly see’s him as an equal.

Keeps up with Russian media and believes everyone else should, his reasoning is if they did they would know more about him.

Crazy dad lore

Overshares, so much. Leaves Yelena covering her ears and balling up in embarrassment.

Loves the thunderbolts

Loves F1 and the MMA, but only watches highlights (and the car crashes or horrible things that happen in those sports).

Bob Reynolds

Hates when people call him Robert or Bobby.

Gets ticked off whenever John calls him Bobby, even tried to tell him but John still calls him Bobby.

Feels useless especially during missions so he does all the chores.

Reads a lot, reads a lot of mental health books, self improvement books, and the New York Times.

Does push ups and sit ups in his room just so John will stop making fun of him for being weak.

Also has a treadmill in his room so ha can do cardio.

Really really is trying to improve his mental health but he still has bad days. On his bad days he has to mentally fight the void but Yelena’s presence seems to calm him down.

much to his dismay Alexei hyping him up has really worked. He feels a lot better afterwards.

I know an Elliott smith fan when I see one

I KNOW this man goes crazy for the autumn season. My head cannon is that he head canons himself to be the #1 yearner on the entire planet.

His interests are very similar to one of a male manipulator but he isn’t one. He doesn’t have the heart to do that to someone.

He fuck up pumpkin flavored food. Pumpkin flavored drinks, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin anything.

He can also fuck up a plate of brownies.

One time snuck like 3 huge pieces of Ava’s “special” brownies. Man was high as a kite, he had no recollection of anything that happened for like an entire day. Everyone was laughing their asses off when they say him, but then Ava felt guilty she didn’t lock them up better or didn’t warn him since she knew he’s past. After his day long high, she apologized to him continuously and he had to reassure her it was his fault and that he was okay.

Follows Yelena like a lost dog. It bothers her sometimes but at some point she stopped caring and warmed up to it.

He finds Yelena’s accent memorizing. Not so much Alexei’s or anyone else, just hers.

Has many connections. He the guy who knows a guy who knows a guy (ykwim?).

Sometimes on his “high” days, he won’t shut the fuck up. He’s a yapper. Then he feels like he’s annoying so he then shuts up and stays quiet till someone talks to him.

Loves watching old childhood films.

Still cries watching bambi or the lion king.
